Speaker: Ken Rohde, Sr Consultant

Kenneth Rohde is a senior consultant with The Greeley Company, Inc., in Danvers, MA. He brings more than 38 years of experience in quality management to his work with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations across the country. Rohde’s roles in performance improvement and project management make him uniquely qualified to assist medical staffs and hospital leaders in developing solutions to their toughest challenges. He instructs, presents, and consults in the areas of patient safety and human performance evaluation; improvement and error reduction strategies; risk management and corrective action program evaluation and redesign; root cause and apparent cause analysis; improving performance through process management; effective procedure writing; failure modes and effects analysis; effective data collection, analysis, and trending; and change management.

As Quality Professionals we are adept at understanding “processes” but when we need to implement changes we find ourselves tossed into the world of Project Scheduling and Management. Understanding Project Management is a key “career builder” skill that we need to be comfortable with and use in our daily work.

• Be able to tailor example schedules and project plans to your specific needs
